Work schedule

Work schedule

11-12 days of work per month, which means a healthy work-life balance.

The most common work schedule for taxi drivers is an every-other-day schedule. This work schedule calls for completing two days’ worth of work during a single work day and taking the next day off as a holiday. At our company, the work schedule breaks down as 11-12 work days per month, 12 off days, and 6 public holidays. This means that over half the month is the driver’s own time. We hear feedback from drivers saying that they are able to take advantage of this work schedule to spend more time with their families, spend time on hobbies like fishing, studying daily to pursue dreams, or to go out on weekdays when it is less crowded.

Daily Procedure in a taxi

  • 8:00 Report to work

After reporting to work, drivers conduct a vehicle inspection, take roll call, and perform an alcohol check.
Once completed, drivers leave the garage and service passengers during commuting hours.

  • 10:00

10:00 Transport businessmen in the city center and seniors going to the hospital in urban areas.
Serve as a source of transportation for shopping housewives.

  • 13:30

13:30Take a break during downtime. Breaks are an important part of work.

  • 15:00

15:00 A reversal of the morning rush. Now the focus is on passengers such as seniors and housewives returning home and businessmen returning to their companies.

  • 19:30

19:30 Take a break ahead of the nighttime busy hours.

  • 23:30

23:30 Usher passengers between entertainment districts, from entertainment districts to home, and from stations to home.

  • 1:30

1:30 Around this time, there are no public transportation options like buses or trains.
In other words, this is a good time for taxis to earn profits. This timeframe greatly influences daily earnings.

  • 4:00 Return to garage

Taxi drivers do two days’ worth of work in a single day! Completing a day of work means a holiday the following day.
One merit is the ability to spend a lot of time on yourself.

Training

Training

Training supervisors take great care in providing you with support all the way up to your debut as a driver.

As with any job, making money isn’t easy. However, our company provides training supervisors who will provide guidance and teach the ABCs of earning a living as a taxi driver. It is extremely difficult for an inexperienced person to be successful (although some people are…), so the most important thing to do is trust the company and operate how you are taught and instructed. This will lead to results. From advice on how to take breaks to concerns about which you were afraid to ask, your training instructor is there to advise you.

Training

Become a professional driver through proper training and guidance

During the process of becoming a taxi driver, you will receive education and training in a variety of areas. This includes instruction on safety and explanations on situations that are more likely to lead to accidents. These topics are introduced using videos from actual driver recorders and other materials. After you start as a professional driver, all drivers are subject to roll call at the beginning and end of their shifts and we provide instruction on daily transportation safety and health management. Our company also receives administrative guidance and is subject to inspections by the National Agency for Automotive Safety & Victims' Aid.
